it has only been two weeks and i already feel sick of school life.

i've come to a realisation of some important facts in life that people will normally be confused with.

acquaintance vs friend

i dont think i should consider everybody i know as friends simply because there is a huge difference between a friend and an acquaintance. a friend is somebody whom you can tell your problems to and is also somebody who will always be there for you when you need him/her. he/she is somebody whom you can relate to comfortably. he/she will probably be the one whom you'll like to hang out with the most and will probably be the one whom you'll first share your joys and sorrows with.

on the other hand acquaintances may range from hi-bye people to those whom you are familiar with but are people whom you wont feel like sharing the stories in your life with. if you think you can only talk to him/her in school where you get to see him/her more often, this person is most likely just your acquaintance.

so honestly i have lots of acquaintances but few friends. i wonder who actually considers me as his/her friend?

interest vs passion

i think dancing is just an interest to me. to me, an interest is something that i'll like to pick up, but i'll get sick of it very soon. most importantly, i dont have the determination to improve myself in my interests.

pool should be my passion. i dont think i'll get sick of it and i'm quite determined to improve my skills. i just hope my jc life will be over soon then i'll have 7 months to brush up my skills :)) yeah!

at least, i think i have a little more talent in pool and definitely more affinity for it.

and what?! we're dancing for CONTACT TIME in feb? like wth.. who goes for contact time. dance for the chairs to see only.. and make us train so hard. as if dance club isnt busy enough with our 3 major events this year.. why are we doing this?! in the end i'll have an extra session tomorrow morning, which is a SATURDAY morning.

i want to wake up tomorrow at 2pm like my usual saturday againnnnn!!! :((
